TRADE-UP PROGRAM

If you already own a shutter trigger for lightning, MK Controls, Inc. will be happy to accept that device in trade for our Lightning Bug Plus™ model at the discounted price of $139 (normal price is $199).

Trading up requires you to send your existing unit and interface cable(s) to us. Upon receipt, we will ship you back a brand new Lightning Bug Plus™ unit with interface cables matching the ones you ship to us. We will accept any competitive product, so long as it includes the actual trigger device, and any camera interface cable(s).

An automated email will be sent with tracking data upon shipment of your new Lightning Bug Plus™.

All trade-up units become the property of MK Controls, Inc.

PAYMENT:

All of our payments are processed thru PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to purchase from us - PayPal accepts all major credit cards with or without a PayPal account. .

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ONLY ship to the following countries at this time: United States and territories including FPO and APO, American Samoa, Andorra, Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Canada, Cape Verde, Croatia, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Isle of Man, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Macau, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Qatar, Reunion, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and United Arab Emirates.

Due to changes in VAT collection requirements, we no longer ship to Great Britain or any of the EU countries.

OH residents must pay 7.8% sales tax and GA residents must pay 8% sales tax. All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. Tracking information will be emailed automatically at the time of return shipment.

UNITED STATES:

All shipments to U.S. locations is via USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery is 2-4 days depending on location.

Shipping Cost: $11.50

CANADA:

All shipments to Canada is via USPS First Class International Mail. Expected delivery is typically 7-12 days. Tracking information is not available for Canadian shipments, however a confirmation of shipment will be emailed automatically when your order is processed.

Shipping Cost: $19.50

ALL OTHERS:

All other shipments will be via USPS First Class International Mail. Expected delivery is typically 10-16 days. Tracking information is not available for these shipments, however a confirmation of shipment will be emailed automatically when your order is processed.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION:

All shipments outside of the U.S. will include the appropriate customs forms, marked with the actual value of the shipment. Please don't ask us to mark items as 'gifts' or of lesser value. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make certain to include all camera interface cables with your shipment. We will include the appropriate MK Controls, Inc. brand interface cable(s) when we ship your new Lighting Bug Plus™ back to you.

BOXING AND SHIPPING:

Please box your product carefully! We are not responsible for shipping damage.

Please include your NAME and ADDRESS on the box, and also please include a copy of your order confirmation email. NOTE: You will receive an automated email from PayPal, our payment processor, at the time of your order.

Use a crush-resistant box, and use bubble wrap or similar cushioning withing the box.

Please do NOT use a padded envelope, or a USPS Small Flat Rate Box (5-3/8" x 8-5/8" x 1-5/8").

Please ship via a trackable service, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.

All shipping fees are your responsibility - MK Controls, Inc. will not reimburse shipping charges without prior approval.

TRADE-UP RETURN POLICY:

MK Controls, Inc. will not return devices sent to us for a trade-up. However, please note that your new Lightning Bug Plus™ unit is warranted for the life of the product.
